I bring extensive performance consulting experience to my work.
My expertise centers on people skills — skills that are difficult to
learn and measure: the quality of communication; behavioral style
and its impact; and relationships in the workplace.

Experience
My career in performance consulting began in 1986 when I was
hired as a trainer at Tufts University. By the early 1990's I headed
up the organizational development function at Tufts, then left in
1997 to launch my own business, Workplace Strategies. I have
worked with individuals and teams in higher education, small
businesses, healthcare, manufacturing, bio-medical research,
government agencies, and nonprofits.

Knowledge
In addition to several decades of valuable work experience, I have
a master's degree in education from Lesley University where I
studied integrating the arts into learning. Over the years I have also
benefitted greatly from numerous professional development activities.
